Tomo's Profile

Born in Okinawa,and grow up in Tokyo, Japan. Started photography while taking art courses in New York.

The first exhibition was in Shinjuku, Tokyo participating an art group called "00" in 2003.

In 2005, had a first solo exhibition focused on black and white portrait in Okinawa, Japan.

In the winter of 2006, participated at "48 project", a collaborative art event of paintings, photography and music.

Presently, interested more and more in the patterns of nature or reflection of water, which can be psychedelic, and small flowers or greens whom we can find easily in any cities. The terms are "Nature in the city,""Psychedelic nature,""Ecology."

沖縄出身、東京育ち。ニューヨークの大学時代、写真にめざめ、パリ留学中に決定的に。
エコロジックで都会的な写真が好き。

２００３年　東京・新宿で”００”というアートグループにて初グループ展。

２００５年　沖縄にて初個展。”Borderless Objects”というタイトルにて、色んな意味でボーダーレスな作品を出品。

２００６年　ベルリンにて”４８ project”という２日間ぶっつづけのアートコラボレーションイベントに写真を出品。

現在の写真のテーマは「都会の中の自然」、「サイケデリックな自然（フラクトルなど）」、「エコロジー」。

Nana's Profile

Born in Chiba,Tokyo metropolitan region.
Started traveling and photography in her teens.
Still a traveler while mainly working in Tokyo.
Had lived in Paris for a production of her artworks from 2006 to 2007.
Currently she works at her own pace without being bound by a geographical and temporal constraints

千葉県出身。
10代で旅と写真に目覚め、
以後世界中を旅しつつ東京を中心に活動。
2006年より渡仏。パリを拠点に制作。
現在は、場所と時間にとらわれずに
マイペースに活動中。


ギャラリー展示、イベント、カフェ、マガジン、フリーペーパー、
CD、ポストカード等で、作品を発表。
